5 of 5 great flavor and easy cooking November 24, 2021
Reviewer: Holly from Carlsbad, CA United States
The best way to cook the beef is to use grill/air frier  for steaks and to use stove top/oven to slow cook other tougher cuts (brisket, roast etc). No species, just add a bit of salt if needed. It is the most flavorful beef and soup I ever had.  Initially, I used traditional recipes with a lot of species, and I didn't really taste the difference of this beef with the grocery store stuff. Then I started to cook the beef with no species and no salt, so I can share it with my dog, wow, it has a very intense flavor with a tender texture. Now I understand that those complex recipes with tons of species and vegetables are intended to give flavors to the tasteless mass-produced beef, but will mask the true beefy flavor of those grass fed beef. Best taste ever and will always buy. Thanks for the great treat.

5 of 5 Beef Suet/Fat February 19, 2021
Reviewer: brett plank from moorpark, CA United States
I don't know if what I got was suet, because it is very soft and almost pudding like, but I know it is beef fat. It was labeled "beef fat" on the packaging as well. Well, either way, it is delicious. I eat it raw and the flavor is very rich. It has a nutty, almost caramel like flavor to it that is almost sweet and unlike any other fat I have ever had before. It is like eating candy or cake or pudding. Delicious fat that is perfect for my keto diet.

I follow AIP and this is the only meat I will eat. They do not use the genetically modifed food for their pigs that all  the other farms use. This is what is causing my problems so I can eat this without worry. The price is high, but for me not to be sick it is worth it.

5 of 5 FAT Soluble Vitamins November 7, 2020
Reviewer: Justin Towers from Anaheim, CA United States
All the fat soluble vitamins n minerals your body needs Cholesterol is life! I let this get to room temperature and eat it raw. Yes it has a grassy, buttery and somewhat nutty flavor too it. Not something you can eat on its own, but accompanied with leaner cuts of meat. I actually started craving it on the way from work today. weird?!

5 of 5 fun August 29, 2020

We split this with four other families and I was worried about how to divide up the meat. We called the ranch and the guy there (I can't remember his name - Dan?) told us to grill some burgers and then call the other families over and tell them to bring a milk crate or boxes. When they got there, we spread all the meat out on the kitchen counters (man, you get a ton). So, then we flip a coin for first pick and then next family goes, so on and so on, pretty much for an  hour while the burgers are cooking. Anyway by the end, the whole thing works out great and no one is unhappy + we had a blast doing it. The Rancher called this the "NFL football draft of meat". Pretty funny.
