The entire transaction can be completed using this webpage. You will pay no additional fees beyond what you see in your shopping cart at checkout.

The total due will include all packaging, vacuum sealed bags (weighed and labeled with each cut of meat), boxing and delivery to the "Meat Up" of your choice.

Half Cows $3,500.00 ($17.50 per pound)
Whole Cows: $6,800.00 ($17.00 per pound)

Step 1- Decide on a portion size

Choose a portion size*: 		Half Cow

200 lbs. of Meat (Steaks, Roasts, Ground). Plan for 3-4 Cubic Feet of Freezer Space..

Whole Cow [Add $3,300.00]

400 lbs. of Meat (Steaks, Roasts, Ground, Organs, Bones and Fat). Eleven to fifteen cubic feet of freezer space required.


Step 2 - Choose a payment method

We offer two payment methods. You may pay in full at time of checkout, or make a 50% deposit now and pay the balance on delivery in the form of cash, Venmo, or check. To use the deposit method, enter coupon code DEPOSIT at checkout. Select an option below:

Pay now in full

You pay in full using a credit card when you place your order.



Step 3 - Select pick up location

Meet us at a pre-determined time and place called a "Meat Up" in Southern California. Your time and place options will be sent to you a couple weeks before your beef is ready. To see our current Meat-Up locations (your pick-up date will be later than dates posted), click HERE.
