A Beef Quarter is one-fourth of a full beef from our Ranch. Perfect for those without a large freezer system.

This can last an average family up to a year, depending upon your usage. These come with an ample amount of Ground Beef, Stew Meat, Roasts and Great tasting, tender Steaks.

Choose the three-payment option if you wish to have your Quarter beef delivered in three installments. The first shipment is free, but a $15.00 delivery fee will apply to the last two shipments (in the San Diego, LA or Orange County Area Only)

Beef Quarters require 4-5 total cubic feet of freezer space.

Beef Quarters are $10.98 / lb. and weight about 100 lbs.

We offer a three payment plan option for this product. We will take the total yield of your quarter and split it into three monthly shipments. You will be charged the first payment when you place your order - your first shipment will be delivered four to six weeks later. The second and third payments will be charged when we deliver your second and third shipments to your shipping address.

Roasts and Braising (approximately 35 to 45 lbs from this category):

  • Chuck Roasts

  • Tri-Tip or Brisket
  • May include London Broil

Other (approximately 50 to 60 lbs from this category):

  • Ground Beef

Shipping: We offer a special rate for delivery of a quarter beef (paid in full) for free to the Southern California Area
